About the Position

As a slaughterer during the summer, you will work on the slaughter line where butchering is included. The slaughter line consists of about 35 stations, and your goal is to learn to work at several of these stations. You and your colleagues will rotate between the stations to ensure efficiency and a good distribution of work. A rotation round consists of about four stations. To ensure that you feel comfortable in the job, you will undergo internal training on-site at Scan, lasting about a week. During the training, you will follow a regular slaughterer and gain insight into the various slaughter moments.

The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

The position as a slaughterer is a consulting assignment starting on June 9, 2025. To be considered for this position, you must be available for full-time work during the period of week 24 to 32.

About You

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent education. Experience from similar tasks is an advantage but not a requirement. Since the work is physically demanding, we value that you have an active leisure time and a goal-oriented attitude. You should be accustomed to handling heavy tasks and not give up easily. We see that you are responsible, flexible, and can quickly adapt to new tasks, as well as having the ability to work effectively in a team. You understand the importance of collaboration to achieve the best results and deliver high-quality work.
